Retail Sales

Customer Service / Returns / Order Issue

The majority of our products are fulfilled Amazon – and they take responsibility for the order fulfilment process and customer service issues. If you have an issue with your order please first contact Amazon directly to raise any problems you may have.

If you item was fulfilled by BrizTech Ltd. – we take responsibility for the complete order process – and in the event of any issues – please get in touch via the relevant sales channel or the contact form found at the bottom of our website.

Order Fulfilment

As previously mentioned the majority of our retail sales are fulfilled by Amazon. This provides low cost delivery – and for Amazon Prime members – free next day delivery (for the majority of customers).

Dispatch by Amazon ensures quick and efficient delivery to retail customers with the reliability of the Amazon distribution network.

In the case of the rare items self-fulfilled by BrizTech Ltd. (i.e dispatched directly from us) – we utilise a range of delivery methods and carrier to ensure you order is received by you as soon as possible from placing an order. Typically all self-fulfilled orders are dispatched the same working day (order made prior to 4PM GMT).

Where required all tracking information is provided to the customer and we ensure that they are kept up to date as to the progress of their order.


Again as highlighted in previous sections – the majority of our orders are fulfilled by Amazon – and they act as payment processor for any orders we receive. As with order fulfilment – Amazon assume responsibility for the payment process for any orders made via this channel.

Wholesale / B2B Sales

Order Enquires

In addition to our retail sales channels – we also offer many of our products at wholesale prices / quantities – and also specialise is custom print ‘Google Cardboard’ headset, made to the highest standard and distributed via our trading arm BrizTechVR.

Pricing / Lead Times

For any wholesale or custom design orders the pricing and lead time will vary depending upon the quantity required and the complexity of the design. To receive a personal quote for your specific requirements – or to find out more about our wholesale costs and lead times - get in touch via our B2B page.

Payment Options

BrizTech Ltd. Is a UK based company and our preferred method of payment is via direct bank transfer. However upon request we are also able to accept credit / debit card payments – though this may incur an additional fee depending on the size of your order.

Currently credit / debit card payments are taken via PayPal – which offers buyer protection and an easy way to pay for any issued invoice via a credit / debit card.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will vary on upon the specifics of your order – for smaller orders invoices are issued on a pro-forma basis and payment is required as soon as possible.

Custom designed ‘Google Cardboard’ headsets will required a deposit to begin production – the level of which will depend upon the order size – and raw manufacturing costs. Payment of this deposit is required before the start of production.

Exceptions –

In many circumstances BrizTech Ltd. are happy to supply and cover the cost of any sample units required. This encompasses any costs including delivery.
